Damian Raxach

Hailing from Old London Town, Damian has many years experience working in Real Estate. He started his career in Paddington in 1995 and quickly made a name for himself in the busy West London market. After being head-hunted by a local competitor, Damian became an integral part of the growth of this business which saw him grow as the company expanded. Started by the Principal and his wife alone from a single office, the company grew to have three offices and 16 staff with Damian ending his career as a company Director overseeing the sales team. The growth of the company had been phenomenal, at over 1000% in the 7 years Damian worked there.
In 2003 he decided to make a life change and after a short spell in Spain, moved to Australia with his wife Denise. With the original plan being to go and live in Melbourne, Damian stopped on Bribie Island where he worked with Harcourts as a Sales Consultant for just over two years. In his time there, Damian managed to achieve over $10,000,000 in settled sales.
In 2007 Damian relocated to Hervey Bay where he has quickly become a recognised and respected local agent.
Having been in Australia since 2003, Damian has learnt to appreciate the laidback Queensland lifestyle after the hectic conditions of London life! Although he believes this attitude must never die, he foresees the increasing professionalism in Queensland, as crucial to its growth. Damian views Queensland as a sleeping giant and proffers that great things lie ahead. He is delighted to be involved in the Project Marketing Department of Harcourts Hervey Bay and is confident that this unique team will be at the forefront of those great things here in Hervey Bay!
